David’s new position will see him leading our London CRE/Workplace team, bringing over 30 years’ experience planning and delivering complex capital asset projects and programmes across multiple sites and geographies.
David joins Faithful+Gould from Turner and Townsend where he led project and programme management activities in the corporate office sector focusing on real estate accommodation strategy, office and workplace fit out, mission critical services infrastructure, business moves and migrations.
David has led a number of award-winning projects in the corporate office sector, most notably PwC’s BREEAM Outstanding fit outs of 1 Embankment Place at Charing Cross and 7 More London at London Bridge. He is a chartered surveyor (FRICS) with a master’s degree in project management, an active member of CoreNet Global and ex member of the board of management of the BCO.
