Alex has over 20 years’ experience of working in the public sector providing consultancy services through a variety of local/regional and national frameworks. Alex has a rounded understanding of the growing challenges and demands that the public sector-built environment is facing and works closely with clients to find the most appropriate route to market that delivers the best solution for the clients and the local economy it serves through community social value.
Ameet is an Associate Director and works for a variety of clients across the UK in the residential and commercial sector. He has an excellent understanding of client and stakeholder key drivers along with commercial and managerial challenges. Ameet’s extensive knowledge covers all delivery stages of the property lifecycle.
Andrew is our UK + Europe Head of Property. With a wealth of expertise built up from 20 years of working in the residential market, he is supported by colleagues across both the public and private sectors. Andrew provides technical due diligence for UK and International investors & funds across all the residential asset classes. With the emergence of off site technology Andrew is supporting and responding to the challenges of the UK Housing crisis bringing to market quality new homes in both low and high rise developments.
Darren has spent over 25 years working in the public sector, spending a number of years working for a local authority and more recently providing consultancy services to a range of public sector clients. Darren applies his vast knowledge of the public sector delivering a range of regeneration and development projects which require both strategic analysis and decision making to benefit and add value to our clients.
Kirsty is Director of our Edinburgh Project Management Team, overseeing major new build and refurbishment projects in a variety of sectors and working closely with some of our most significant clients in the UK. Over her last 16 years with Faithful+Gould Kirsty has gained extensive experience in the education sector, including leading the University of Edinburgh’s prestigious £130M redevelopment of the Old Royal Infirmary Building which is due for completion in 2022. Kirsty is passionate about delivering a high quality of service to meet our client’s needs.
Mark leads our National Commercial Property team, working closely with our property specialists across the UK. He has worked exclusively in this sector for over 35 years specialising in office, mixed use and regeneration schemes and has delivered some of the most prestigious projects in the UK. Whilst focussed on commercial development clients, he has also been called upon to deliver HQ buildings for leading national and international corporations. Mark is the chair of our NextGen programme.
Matthew Goodwin is a Director based in our London office. Matthew is a highly experienced property professional with track record in delivery of cost and project management services on developments across the UK. His particular focus is on developer led commercial property including offices, residential, mixed-use and regeneration schemes.
Neil is Head of Operations for the 70 strong East Midlands office, his sector experience covers both public and private sectors but most recently with a bias towards commercial property and residential. He has an excellent knowledge of the midlands market but also a deep understanding on commercial developments both nationally and internationally.
Paul is a Regional Director with over 20 years’ experience in the residential, education and commercial property sectors. Based in South Wales, Paul has led the delivery of local residential offerings including the 307 home, £57m Grainger scheme in Cardiff’s Capital Quarter and the Muse Developments in Plymouths waterfront quarter. Paul manages the commercial services team within the Cardiff office and has an excellent knowledge of the local Wales and South West market.
Paul is a Director with Faithful+Gould with over 35 years of experience in the Construction Industry and has overall responsibility for Win Work objectives across our North & Ireland region. Paul has worked extensively in the commercial and public sectors, acting as Client Director for major commissions including; CCS, Pagabo and Scape. Under the CCS Framework, Paul is the Framework Director for Scotland responsible for the procurement and contract compliance on over 10 Scottish projects totalling more than £400M. This year marks Paul’s 16th year attending MIPIM, sponsoring and supporting the Scottish delegation and pavilion.
Phil is a Regional Director based in the Leeds office, with experience in a wide variety of sectors and a core focus now on Commercial Property – delivering Placemaking, Residential, Hospitality & Leisure, Office, Regeneration and Retail schemes. He has worked throughout the UK but has a particularly detailed understanding of markets in the North of England.
Will is Head of our Epsom Office and primarily operates in the London and the Southern Home Counties. Will is highly experienced with the Local Authority, Bluelight, Higher Education and Residential sectors. Will co-chairs the Surrey Constructing Excellence club and is passionate about promoting Collaboration, Innovation and Best Practice in the Construction Sector.
