The British Council for Offices (BCO) Midlands and East Anglia region recently awarded PwC the ‘Fit-out of Workplace’ regional BCO award for 3 St James Court in Norwich.

Faithful+Gould project managed the fit-out and worked closely with PwC throughout the length of the project, building up a good relationship with the project team.

The judges said: "The project married perfectly the needs of one of the big four with those of the local workforce. The project considered every aspect of design from client engagement through to accommodating the requirements of the users."

Our appointment as project manager, cost consultant and CDM co-ordinator ensured a successful move for the client, PwC, and a move that came in within a very challenging budget. From the feasibility stage the design was in excess of the client’s budget, including the planned audio visual requirements. To ensure the project’s success, whilst meeting the client’s expectations, we lead a value engineering workshop where cost savings were implemented into the project without compromising the overall design.

As a winner of the regional fit-out award, PwC will now go forward to the national BCO award ceremony which will be held in London on October 7th.
