Kevin Hole
As the development of Brindleyplace reaches another significant stage, Faithful+Gould, the Birmingham-based cost and management consultancy, has been appointed to commence work on a new 12 storey commercial and retail building which looks set to complete early in 2009.

Faithful+Gould will act as employer's agent for client, the Argent Group plc, and will oversee all quantity surveying and planning supervision work for the prestigious Eleven Brindleyplace development which is designed to appeal to occupiers requiring smaller amounts of space on flexible lease terms.

The company’s experience and previous unrivalled track record in completing and delivering projects on time and within budget for Argent was a key factor in Faithful+Gould securing this scheme.

Kevin Hole, regional director of Faithful+Gould in Birmingham, commented: "We have worked successfully with the Argent Group on the majority of projects at Brindleyplace and our understanding of the client’s key drivers has enabled our relationship to develop. We aim to add value in every activity we carry out for our clients and our innovative and quiet confidence positions us at the forefront of exciting new projects such as Eleven Brindleyplace."

Faithful+Gould is currently conducting project management, quantity surveying and planning supervision work at Paradise Forum for Argent in the city centre and is working with Argent on Piccadilly Place in, Manchester.
