Faithful+Gould win Commitment to Employee Training and Development Award at G4C 2018

Faithful+Gould, a member of SNC-Lavalin Group, has been celebrated at the Generation4Change (G4C) Awards 2018 for its commitment to employee training and development.

At a prestigious awards ceremony, held at the Crowne Plaza in Newcastle, Faithful+Gould accepted the award for its cloud-based performance and learning management system, My Career, developed to manage its people’s continuing education, training and development requirements.

The esteemed award is presented annually to an organisation who has demonstrated and sustained a commitment to employee development. Amongst the entrants, judges looked for a company who has a strategic plan that includes driving performance via professional development, investing time and resources into their employees.
