The Bristol and Exeter offices of Faithful+Gould, a member of the SNC-Lavalin Group, are celebrating after winning the People Development Award at The South West Built Environment Awards, which took place in Ashton Gate Stadium in Bristol on Friday 22 June.

The event which recognises the very best of the built environment throughout the South West, saw over 500 built environment professionals gather at the prestigious awards ceremony to celebrate the achievements of many outstanding organisations and projects.

The People Development award category judged Faithful+Gould and the other short-listed organisations on the way in which we invest in training and upskilling our workforce, how we encourage talent and performance, how we encourage employees and suppliers to be better benefactors to the local community, the environment and the industry’s image and how equality and diversity plays a part in our organisations development planning.
