Our structured graduate development programme plays a vital part in maintaining our standards and ensuring that we attract the most talented individuals to our business.

A centralised single intake of graduates in September each year has been working well for our London offices. We are now looking forward to rolling this out nationally from May 2011.

Our workforce forms an unrivalled pool of creative, professional people who produce outstanding solutions to challenging problems.

As one of the world's largest project and cost management consultants, Faithful+Gould employs some 2000 people at offices across the UK, Europe, North America, the Middle East and Asia Pacific. We advise on many of the world's most familiar construction related projects - from giant petrochemical plants to the world's tallest hotel, and from London's Heathrow Airport to the Freedom Tower on the site of the former World Trade Centre in New York.

Our workforce forms an unrivalled pool of creative, professional people who produce outstanding solutions to challenging problems.

Graduate development programme

Our structured graduate development programme plays a vital part in maintaining these standards and ensuring that we attract the most talented individuals to our business. We recruit for three key disciplines:

  • Building surveying

  • Quantity surveying

  • Project management

Many graduates will have a degree in one of these areas. However we also recruit non-cognate graduates with suitable aptitude and we value their different experience. Most non-cognates are supported through an MSc conversion course.

Training

Our excellent training is a major factor in our staff retention rates. Investment in our graduates ensures the best quality leaders, business managers and technical experts for our business, and we support individuals via a range of training opportunities. The focus is on developing the technical skills, knowledge and behaviours needed to achieve the relevant professional qualifications.

Peer support is also very valuable. Successful applicants will become members of a cohesive cohort...

Our Assessment of Professional Competence (APC) programme has consistently achieved pass rates above the national Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) average. Peer support is also very valuable. Successful applicants will become members of a cohesive cohort and will be encouraged to take advantage of our networking opportunities and events.

Award winning employer

This is an opportunity to join a global company, rated one of The Sunday Times' 25 Best Big Companies to Work For 2011 (UK). We are also ranked in The Times' Top 100 Graduate Employers.
