Worldwide project and cost management consultant Faithful+Gould has boosted its Southampton office with the senior appointment of Jeff Belk to lead the office’s growing building surveying team.
Jeff will take the lead on a variety of projects being run from the Southampton office for a broad range of clients, which include pharmaceutical and research companies, banks, schools and local authorities.
Bringing 23 years of experience to his new position, Jeff started his career at Fox & Sons in Southampton. Since then he has worked predominantly in the private sector, running both building surveying and architectural practices.
Within his new role, Jeff will be focussed upon expanding the existing building surveying team in Southampton and ensuring the continued growth of its impressive client base.
Recent projects have included overseeing the cost and timely delivery of condition surveys of research buildings and development advice relating to the alteration of Listed buildings.
Jeff is a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and a Member of the Chartered Institute of Building.
