Mr Sealy, who has worked for the company for 20 years this year, is now responsible for directing and co-ordinating offices in Bristol, Birmingham, Cardiff, Exeter, Reading, Swansea, Southampton, Stoke on Trent and Swansea, overseeing 300 members of staff in total.
His promotion comes as part of a wider business re-shuffle of key staff members which has been undertaken to redefine the UK business into four new regions.
Jon joined Faithful+Gould as a graduate with a degree in QS from Westminster University in 1987. He worked from the London office for several years and spent some time in Southampton before coming to run the South West operation from Bristol five years ago.
He said: "This is a period of exciting and positive change for Faithful+Gould and I am delighted to take up my new position. It will see me sharing my time between Bristol and Birmingham as well as continuing my national role in business strategy. I will be working to maximise the great potential we have by combining the region’s strengths and focusing particularly on commercial property and national frameworks. There are a lot of new challenges to face and I feel very positive about the future, both for myself and for Faithful+Gould."
Donald Lawson, Chief Operating Officer for the UK, said: "The new arrangement of regions is a very positive step towards meeting our aspirations of providing greater flexibility and versatility in delivering core services to our clients."
