Our Birmingham office is proud to announce it has scooped the award for the Regeneration Project of the Year at the RICS Grand Final Awards for Longbridge Town Centre Regeneration Phase 1.

Part of a larger £1 billion investment delivering 10,000 new jobs and 2,000 new homes, the first phase of the £70 million town centre was completed this year.

The RICS awards recognise property professionals who continue to showcase their talent and ingenuity, creating stunning properties and projects around the UK. Faithful+Gould and clients St Modwen were awarded the prize at the prestigious ceremony held at The Dorchester Hotel in London.

"A special mention should go to Mike Sivell and John Redmond who have been working on the regeneration of the former car manufacturing site for over 10 years..."
