Faithful+Gould is the current single source supplier for the national Asset Management, Surveying and Design Services (AMSandDS) framework under the Scape Group. The AMSandDS framework has secured over 940 projects. With this high level of activity comes a high level of performance data that needs to be managed in an efficient and risk-free way.
As a framework delivery partner for Scape, we are driven to perform to achieve our targets and demonstrate our commitment to bringing value benefits and project success for our mutual clients. To assist with this, Faithful+Gould needed a performance management tool that was accessible, transparent, auditable and user friendly.

Faithful+Gould began working with Firefly in Oct 2014, and the development of the performance tool began. The decision was made to have our own licensed version as this would allow us to feed into Scape as well as make our own bespoke developments.

Continual improvement, listening and learning was at the heart of the project, and Faithful+Gould met with other Firefly clients to identify the strengths and weaknesses of their Firefly systems, and take on board any learning points. This was used to shape the requirements of our Firefly Affinity system prior to going live.
Our Firefly Affinity system was the result of our collaboration with Firefly who have been highly accommodating and flexible in delivering the required iterations and changes, supporting us to meet our objectives. From working closely with us on our suggested developments, Firefly were able make further modifications to their generic offering and approach new clients.
After six months of development, four months of training and implementation, the system was launched in all our offices and now stores all performance data for current and historic Scape projects.

The outcome of all the effort made into getting the data into the system, is that the business can take advantage of the dashboards that shows a clear picture of our performance back to Scape. This demonstrates how well we are performing and makes an easy comparison with our performance against the other framework partners.
Building on this success we are working on further developments with Firefly to further enhance our client delivery processes.
