The move is part of a strategic drive by the company – one of the world’s largest construction consultancies – to strengthen its position and raise its profile throughout the South West peninsula. The company is based at Rydon Lane, Exeter and provides construction project and cost management, health & safety services and compliance expertise. Core strengths of the office are in the property, rail, infrastructure and water sectors, providing the perfect base for further diversification and expansion.
Tina Hatton-Evans joined Faithful+Gould in 1988 and moved to the Cardiff office in 1994, where she developed the company’s commercial, project and safety services. She said: "Our strategy for growth relies upon our ability to offer competency and reliability in a wider range of important industry skills. We have the local resource to offer whole life costing, risk and value management, safety training and dispute resolution services. I also plan to broaden our portfolio of property based work, particularly in health, education and with local social landlords."
