Managing a number of Public Sector Scottish Schools projects including Falkirk Council Schools NPDO and East Dumbartonshire Schools PPP, Gray is now also spearheading Singapore’s first Schools PPP project. Following his promotion to Director, Gray is now Faithful+Gould’s Global Head of Public Sector PFI and has increased management responsibilities for the company’s Scottish business.
He said: "Having firmly established Faithful+Gould as one of the leading PFI and PPP consultants in the UK, we are now looking to build on that success internationally. In countries such as Singapore and the United States, PFI and PPP are in their infancy, so our experience in the mature UK market is invaluable to developing an innovative solution in those countries. We are already involved in two significant diligence projects at bid stage in Singapore; one for a national sports hub and the other for a new build college. We’re also currently developing PPP skills amongst our 500 strong USA staff base with a view to driving that area of the business forward in the future as part of our 5 Year Business Plan.”
