Undertaken by independent business psychology group Kaisen Consulting, Faithful+Gould secured the best results in the Atkins group for the fourth year running. Gaining an impressive employee engagement level of 74%, this survey has seen a 1% improvement on last year’s results.
An interesting feature of the survey was the high score for Faithful+Gould’s client focus. At 82% this was close to the highest ever score recorded by Kaisen. In addition, the area shown to have the greatest improvement was that of staff understanding the goals of the business.
Managing director Richard Hall said, "I am delighted by these results as they demonstrate the hard work put in by everyone across the business to make Faithful+Gould an enjoyable place to work. Having said that, we are not going to be complacent as there is always room for improvement and any suggestions from staff as to how we can make further progress, will always be welcome.”
