Faithful+Gould, member of the SNC-Lavalin Group, is providing project management and cost management services. We also appointed the design team, pre-contract, for the £12.5m development.
This new scheme will sit adjacent to the existing residences to make an accommodation village and forms part of the University’s wider strategy to redevelop its Brackenhurst Campus. New academic and student facilities, residential accommodation, increased car parking, and improvements to the services infrastructure for the campus form part of these plans.
In addition to the residential scheme, we are also supporting NTU’s masterplan by providing project management and cost management services on their flagship reception and environment centre. We have also supported the University in costing the Brackenhurst Masterplan feasibility schemes and on pre-contract work on the new 198 space car park.

Works are due to complete in readiness for the 2019/20 academic year.
