500 Park Avenue, Aztec West, Almondsbury, Bristol, BS32 4RZ

About the event

Highways and infrastructure projects are often prone to change during the construction phase to due to the nature of the works and the amount of unknown in the ground. This CPD session will discuss some common pitfalls in the assessment of programmes under NEC and suggest helpful tips for management of programme change under NEC.
