About the event

This is a joint CPD event with South Gloucestershire Council (SGC), Alun Griffiths Contractors Ltd. and Faithful+Gould.

The event is aimed at individuals involved in infrastructure and highways projects and will provide a unique insight of the use of design and build contracts from the perspective of the client, consultant and contractor.

CPD certificates can be provided on request.

What to expect

Neil Griffiths (SGC), Gareth Williams (Faithful+Gould) and Alun Smith (Alun Griffiths Contractors Ltd) will address the advantages and disadvantages of using design and build models with NEC contracts to delivery highways and infrastructure projects

The session will also cover alternate options available, including Early Contractor Involvement (ECI) and provide worked examples from recent local projects.
