The Pagabo team will be introducing the OJEU complaint Construction Professional Services Framework, designed to reduce procurement time and cost for the public sector.

Steve Fletcher, Head of Capital Projects at Middlesbrough Council, will speak about the procurement challenges faced as a public authority and the benefits of a partnering approach.
