Bankside 2 & 3 are two buildings forming part of the Bankside development by Land Securities in Southwark, South London and are comprised of approximately 350,000 sq.ft. of open plan office space initially fitted out to developer's CAT A standard. In order to facilitate the occupation of both buildings by the client the works comprised of the construction of multiple link bridges spanning between the two buildings, the creation of a new extended reception, the upgrade of services to permit increased occupancy densities and installation of new Diesel Rotary Uninterruptible Power Supply systems.
