Faithful+Gould provided multiple services on this mixed use development, based in the centre of Birmingham.
The development, known as The Cube, comprises 120,000ft2 of office space, 150,000ft2 of residential, 80,000ft2 of retail and restaurant, a 5* hotel and two levels of basement car park, as well as a new sky bar and restaurant. The scheme was designed by Architects MAKE who won the commission through an architectural design competition.
Since completion The Cube has received a prestigious award for architecture at the RIBA West Midlands awards.
We provided the following services; employer's agent, quantity surveying, programme monitor, CDM co-ordinator and building owner's party wall surveying. The overall project value was £86 million.
