Stirling Square, London

Refurbishment and fit out of existing space for a private investment bank in prestigious offices in central London. The project incorporates a concept design by Eight inc of New York, and is innovative in its use of space, lighting and differing types of hard and soft materials to create meeting and presentation areas with hidden privacy walls along with a reception area and kitchen facilities.

The materials selected were of extremely high quality and from sustainable sources to meet the environmental requirements of LEED. Along with providing LEED advice, Faithful+Gould acted as cost and project managers.

Each meeting room has a high acoustic value and is themed by its finish such as copper, marble stainless steel and oak. Other finishes include low iron glass, fabric and concrete wall panelling and reconstituted stone flooring. This is all supported by a state of the art audio and video conference system.
