Thomson Reuters, 5 Canada Square

Thomson Reuters appointed Faithful+Gould as Lead Cost Consultant to support the refurbishment of the award-winning 5 Canada Square, Canary Wharf, to house their new London Head Office.

Faithful+Gould’s role included the management of the overall project costs and representation of Thomson Reuters for all financial matters.  Working collaboratively with Thomson Reuters Stakeholder teams we achieved the project budget and ensured all related project costs such as professional fees, landlord costs, client direct items (furniture, audio visual, IT and security) came within this budget.

The refurbishment included stripping out the existing Cat B fit out to a new Thomson Reuters CAT B design standard. To deliver a high-quality, efficient workspace Faithful+Gould worked closely with the design team, Scott Brownrigg to create a large open plan flexible office workspace with media spaces, meeting rooms, auditoriums, tea points as well as a gym.

“I’m very pleased with the performance of the F+G team and the excellent quality of the service delivered.”

John Clery – Director of Design, Construction & Engineering Thomson Reuters

“Due to our excellent performance we have developed good client relations with Thomson Reuters, leading to other Thomson Reuters commissions.”
