An American based financial institution approached Faithful+Gould to manage this fit out project which comprised a CAT B/C fit out within Cardinal Place, Victoria. Key features of this project are:

  • 90,000 ft² office accommodation

  • High class fit out

  • General office accommodation including front of house, meeting room and break out space

  • State of art audio visual installation

Faithful+Gould managed the day to day delivery of this project and coordinated the involvement of the client via video conferencing from Boston. The client arranged for the direct procurement of desktop IT equipment and servers. Faithful+Gould established the local supply chain and coordinated with the client's US partners for corporate supplies. Whilst our role on this project did not impact upon business working methods a number of the processes which we implemented during the fit out works have been fed back into their US operations as best practice to be applied to future fit outs.
