The Canary Wharf office will be providing cost management, CDM and project management expertise to deliver refurbishment of Chevron’s dedicated medical centre and gym facility based in London. Faithful+Gould has also been appointed to fit out the company’s newly acquired office in Cavendish Square.
With environmental responsibility firmly on the energy company's agenda, Faithful+Gould will be ensuring the highest standards are met. Existing carpets and partitions in the medical centre are to be reused, and the Cavendish Square office fit out will be delivered to comply with US LEED green building rating system standards*.
Chevron Medical Centre and Gym
The first project involves the refurbishment of a dedicated medical centre and staff gym facilities. The project will take only 12 weeks to complete, ensuring the minimum possible disruption for Chevron employees. The £800,000 project, which will see the refurbishment of the 5,000 square foot medical centre, is due for completion in early June.
Faithful+Gould Canary Wharf will be providing project management and CDM expertise for the £9.5 million project to fit out Chevron’s new acquired office in Cavendish Square. Work will start in early March and the project is due for completion in late July. The 45,000 square foot office will accommodate 80 staff.
