Andy is the author of the RICS NRM3 document that links capital estimating with life cycle and asset renewal (SFG20 and CIBSE Asset Life guides) producing whole life asset cost estimates in a BIM compliant format.

Bringing together maintenance and facilities management professionals, The Buildings Maintenance Show addresses the key issues and challenges around the maintenance and facilities management of public and commercial buildings. During his presentation on Thursday 2nd February, Andy will share Faithful+Gould's market leading approach to 'retro Building Information Modelling (BIM)' - working with clients to structure the data of their existing estate into an New Rules of Measurement (NRM) / BIM compliant structured data set that facilitates direct sharing into the client computer aided facilities management (CAFM) system.

Andy has lead the development of a unique approach of delivering asset management and capital investment plans using Faithful+Gould's 'Asset Predictor' software, reducing client expenditure and increasing the speed of delivery for a capital asset investment and asset plan.
