Dr. Mohamed El-Mehalawi, Faithful+Gould's Technical Director

"Current project controls technologies are capable of supporting both project management and strategic decision-making on mega projects or portfolios of concurrent projects", Dr. El-Mehalawi stated. "For example, project managers are concerned about project budget while senior decision makers are concerned about project economics. This is especially applicable for multi-year mega projects and project portfolios. The paper shows how project controls supports both functions in achieving their goals." The full description of Dr. El-Mehalawi’s abstract can be found on the AACE website.
