This one day conference held at Adelphi House, University of Salford on 7th June brings together experts in education and the built environment to explain how government schemes can help make the school estate fit for the future.

This will cover the Predict, Refine, Verify approach of our fast and effective way of delivering a portfolio wide Capital Asset Maintenance Plan, using Faithful+Gould's Asset Predictor software to better support strategic and operational business planning.

This session will be followed in the afternoon with CDC Programme Delivery experts Tom Balme and Sarah Jones presenting a workshop session "Driving value from asset surveys. Low cost optioneering, statutory compliance monitoring and data validation" using our Welsh Schools and ESFA survey programme case studies to demonstrate our data survey approach and how our clients navigate our suite of outcome reports to aid planning and decision making.
