As senior project manager and engineering track manager, Jonathan has been involved in the delivery of the Singapore Grand Prix since its inaugural event in 2008. He is a specialist in the construction of temporary circuits including the Adelaide 500 events and was a guest speaker at the Professional Motorsports World Expo 2010 in Cologne, Germany.
Jonathan will present on the topic “Delivering a complex and time critical project – lessons learnt from the Singapore Grand Prix” where he will share his experience in delivering the Marina Bay Street Circuit, along with the lessons learnt over the years.
The Marina Bay Street Circuit is constructed and dismantled in a very short amount of time with minimal disruption to traffic flows and the operation of businesses. The need to rapidly install and remove a significant amount of circuit infrastructure while minimising the impact to the public, and still achieving FIA endorsement, has driven the development of many circuit details. To arrange a meeting with Jonathan at the symposium or beforehand, navigate to his profile below.
