Faithful+Gould Boost Housing Portfolio

The Newcastle office of international project and cost consultants, Faithful+Gould, is further building upon its extensive portfolio of work in the social housing sector.

Working with Nomad Housing Group for the first time, the consultants' latest project will see them undertaking a project management role for the social housing provider on three schemes in Newcastle and Northumberland.

Work on site is about to commence and window and door replacements on three of Nomad’s properties - Siskin House a three storey block of flats in Forest Hall, Capercaillie Lodge consisting of three blocks of two storey flats in Annitsford and Peregrine Court where there are thirteen individual dwellings and communal areas in North Shields, will be undertaken.

Overseeing the project, Rob Hutton, project manger for Faithful+Gould commented: "Faithful+Gould is renowned for its high standard of service within the social housing sector and we are delighted to be working with Nomad. Works are about to commence on the scheme and we are looking to complete in August, as scheduled."
