The project involves fitting out a grade A office space in Integra Tower to accommodate 262 employees. The workspace, in circa of 25,000 square foot (sqft), will serve as the new headquarters for Huawei's operations in Malaysia. Additionally, we are also delivering a new 10,000 sqft cafeteria in the clients' office at The Icon.

In our role as project manager and cost manager, we are working in close collaboration with key decision makers and the client's regional real estate team in China, as well as both building landlords.
Our team is currently in the process of procuring a Design & Build partner while expediting the overall delivery programme by appointing architects to carry out early submissions.
