Faithful+Gould, a member of the SNC-Lavalin Group, has added to its senior team in the East Midlands as it looks to increase its footprint in the region.

Ameet Singh Heir joins from Arcadis LLP to help drive growth in the residential sector, with a focus on build to rent, purpose-built student accommodation and extra care, while Stephanie Le Couteur arrives from CS2 Chartered Surveyors to strengthen the building surveying team and support growth in the corporate real estate market.

Ameet and Stephanie have both been appointed as associate directors and will be based in Faithful+Gould’s Nottingham office.

Neil Walker, director at SNC-Lavalin’s Faithful+Gould business, said: “The East Midlands is one of the country’s fastest growing economies with a strong pipeline of opportunities across a number of sectors.

“Ameet and Stephanie are joining us at an exciting time as we continue to strengthen our team to deepen our understanding of clients and partners across the region.”

Faithful+Gould’s Nottingham office has won a number of industry awards and is currently working on key projects in the East Midlands, including ‘The Landmark’ - a 17-storey build to rent to scheme in Derby; Beeston Town regeneration; Nottingham Broadmarsh redevelopment; and Loughborough University’s 661 bed Student Village.
