"Our proven track record in the leisure industry for ensuring our clients’ requirements are met, in respect of aesthetics, quality, cost, time and safety is further strengthened through our partnership with Nassal..."
Campbell Gray, Faithful+Gould Managing Director
The theme and leisure industry is currently undergoing strong global growth; PwC forecasts the international amusement and theme park sector will generate almost $32 billion in revenues by 2017. Leisure and entertainment parks in the Middle East are expected to account for much of this growth, with Dubai’s theme parks projected to generate $5 billion in revenue by 2020, attracting larger numbers of tourists into the city and country.
The industry in the United Arab Emirates (UAE) operates on a multi-park model, with a combination of new indoor and outdoor attractions set to transform the UAE into one of the world’s leading leisure and entertainment destinations. This supports the vision of his highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid to attract 20 million visitors to Dubai by 2020.
Campbell Gray, Faithful+Gould Managing Director - Middle East said: "We have been privileged to work on some of the most high profile and exciting theme park and entertainment projects in the region including Yas Waterworld Abu Dhabi, Wild Wadi Water Park in Dubai, Doha Festival City, Qatar and Motion Gate and Bollywood in Dubai. Our proven track record in the leisure industry for ensuring our clients’ requirements are met, in respect of aesthetics, quality, cost, time and safety is further strengthened through our partnership with Nassal, where we’re the only team with the expertise to deliver an end to end service. We are looking forward to telling our story at the upcoming Dubai Entertainment Amusement & Leisure (DEAL) show this April to potential clients and partners."
The size, complexity and time scales for these leisure projects mean we can add value from the outset by applying rigour and high standards to all aspects of the construction programme.
