Previously Tracy worked as an HR coordinator at Faithful+Gould's sister company, Atkins North America (ANA) for more than four years; as part of her responsibility with ANA, she also served as the HR representative for Faithful+Gould staff in Georgia and South Carolina.

Tracy has more than 10 years of experience in Human Resources. She holds her Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification and is a member of the National Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM).
In her time with Atkins North America, she served as a trusted advisor to staff, providing training on various areas including career development, retention, employee communication and compliance with federal and state employment laws. She also mitigated risk with employee safety, FMLA, ADA and EEO compliance and championed several initiatives, policies and guidelines while building strategic client partnerships.
Prior to her work with ANA, Tracy held the role of HR generalist at Olympic Steel Inc. There, she was solely responsible for the company’s southern region where she achieved the highest division rating for overall employee satisfaction. Tracy managed all activities including recruitment, staffing, payroll and benefits, employment law compliance and employee relations.
As Tracy steps into this new role, she will lead the Americas HR out of the Faithful+Gould office in Washington, D.C.
