Faithful+Gould and Saudi Council of Engineers Host Another Successful Professional Development Seminar in Riyadh

150 attended the seminar on VAT in Construction and Supply Chain Integration.

On November 6th, 2017, Faithful+Gould, in association with the Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) held the fourth professional development seminar at the SCE venue in Riyadh. The seminar was attended by approximately 150 industry professionals.

Opening remarks were given by Ian Hawkes, associate director of Faithful+Gould and the first speaker David Clifton, regional development director, gave a KSA market update followed by an insight into VAT in construction and what the new legislation would mean for the Kingdom.

Matthew Board, associate director, followed with an overview of supply chain integration and how it can benefit the KSA market in line with Vision 2030. He discussed the process, best practice and benefits of good supply chain integration whilst stressing that the process is and should be continuous.
