OCTAL appointed Faithful+Gould to provide programme management services and Atkins as the architect. This complex project involved the US$200million development of a class-leading PET plant with two production lines to a specified capacity.
The resulting facility has class leading environmental credentials and will play an important role in Oman’s long-term economic diversification.
The MEED Quality awards are judged by an esteemed panel of industry experts, recognising and celebrating the best achievements in the GCC projects industry.
