Faithful+Gould is delighted to be appointed on a new Efficiency North’s Consultancy Framework covering the North and East Midlands.

EN:Procure, the specialist procurement arm of social housing consortium Efficiency North has appointed 70 consultants to their new Consultancy Framework following an unprecedented level of interest, with over 600 tenders received from consultants operating across the North and East Midlands.

The new framework will provide a full range of cost effective and easily accessible consultancy services for Efficiency North’s customers in the social housing and wider public sector in Northern England. Designed predominantly for social housing, it can also be applied to other public buildings or premises owned and/or managed by Public Sector organisations, including, but not limited to, schools, universities, infrastructure sites and offices in Yorkshire & Humber, the East Midlands and North West.

The framework has an estimated total value of £10.4m across its 4-year lifetime. We are looking forward to working together on new projects with Efficiency North by supporting them with the following range of construction-related consultancy services:

  • Employers Agent / Quantity Surveying
  • Building Surveying, Party Wall and Stock Conditioning Services
  • Principal Designer Services

EN:Procure Director of Operations Emma Mottram commented, “Following a detailed and challenging test of so many tenderers’ capacity, competency and efficiency we are delighted to have achieved such a diverse offer in the Framework, with a mix of larger national practices as well as smaller local businesses. We are very much looking forward to working with them to find solutions that meet the needs of our members and their communities in the current challenging economic climate.”

Susan Rugg, Framework Director for EN:Procure and Regional Head of Residential said, “We are delighted to be appointed on the EN:Procure Framework and excited to be working with the Efficiency North and other highly qualified and experienced consultants. We have seen the great work that Efficiency North has done to date for our communities, social housing and other public buildings which dictates a high standard of work and strong delivery for this framework.”
