Faithful+Gould Singapore Does its Part For Charity

It was a fun filled and mystical evening at the British Association Masked Ball held at the Grand Hyatt Hotel in Singapore in May 2007.

The evening commenced with a champagne reception and a Gurkha pipe band welcomed the arrival of the British High Commissioner, H.E. Paul Madden and his wife, Sarah. A jazz ensemble played throughout dinner and then the prize draw took place followed by dancing into the wee hours.

A total of over S$20,000 was raised that evening. Faithful+Gould, the bronze sponsor, supported this event by sponsoring an airline ticket to Koh Samui for the charity ball prize draw.

All funds raised in this event would go directly to the local charities the British Association of Singapore is supporting this year, including Riding for the Disabled and the Breadline Group.

Regional director, Roger Corbett said "The evening was a huge success in helping to raise money for charity and everyone entered into the spirit of the occasion and really enjoyed themselves – once again marking out the British Association Masked Ball as the ball of the year"
