Faithful+Gould, a member of the SNC-Lavalin Group, has added to its senior team in London as it looks to increase its footprint in the city.

Emma Davies joins Faithful+Gould from CBRE to help drive growth in the commercial mixed use and residential sectors, with a focus on working with clients to help unlock the potential of large schemes and steering them through the early stages of the development and planning process.

At CBRE, Emma was an Executive Director in Building Consultancy, responsible for expanding the business’ project management scope to cover masterplanning, feasibility and pre-planning advice. She has worked on a number of high profile projects including American Express Headquarters in Brighton, the Palestra Building - the current home of TfL in Southwark, St Andrews at Bromley by Bow, South Thamesmead, and Harwell Science and Innovation Campus.

Emma has been appointed as Director in Faithful+Gould’s London project management team and will be based in Nova North, SNC-Lavalin’s new European headquarters.

Kevin Williams, Director at Faithful+Gould, said: “Emma is joining us at an exciting time as we continue to strengthen our London team. Her track record of unlocking development potential is very attractive to us and her planning knowledge will provide our clients with an enhanced project management service offering.”

In addition to her role at Faithful+Gould, Emma is an independent member of the London Legacy Development Corporation (LLDC) Planning Committee and an assessor for the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) in Planning and Development and Project Management.

On her new role, Emma said: “I believe in always putting the client first and investing upfront in helping the client to understand their options and what best suits their needs. I’ve joined Faithful+Gould as they understand this and recognise the importance of all stages of the project, including the early stages where it is essential to establish the right approach and delivery mechanism to meets the client’s objectives.”

Faithful+Gould is currently working with a number of leading developers on major urban regeneration and large complex mixed-use schemes in and around London.
