Terry has been in the industry for 22 years, most recently as regional board member and managing director (buildings sector), Middle East, for Arcadis. Terry previously led property and infrastructure sectors for EC Harris in the Middle East and was chair for Arcadis regional strategic pursuits unit responsible for Kingdom Tower Jeddah, Q22, Doha Metro, Hamad Medical City, Sharq Crossing and Dubai Creek Harbour. Prior to joining EC Harris as a partner he held regional roles for, the european developer’s, Hammerson and Kajima Urban Developments based in London and Amsterdam.

Terry’s appointment follows a strong 12 months in which Faithful+Gould’s Middle East business has secured a number of significant project wins in the UAE, Qatar and Saudi Arabia. He will be responsible for delivering the company’s growth strategy, supporting major programmes for the business and will also assume overall responsibility for the UAE business.
