Working in partnership with Northumberland County Council and Homes for Northumberland, Faithful+Gould is assisting in the successful delivery of over 180 affordable homes.

The programme is jointly funded by the Council and the Homes and Communities Agency. Work on Hodgsons Road, Blyth has already commenced seeing the construction of 54 new build two, three and four bedroom homes designed to meet the needs of residents in the local area.

Faithful+Gould played a pivotal role in getting the scheme underway. We are contracted to support Northumberland County Council providing quantity surveying, and employer’s agent services on the schemes.

"Faithful+Gould are working as part of a team helping us to deliver over 180 affordable homes in Northumberland by March 2015."
