Faithful+Gould is pleased to announce that Sam Darrington has joined the firm's office in San Francisco to serve as a program director, focusing on growth of the business on the West Coast.

Since 2012, Mr. Darrington has been a key player for the firm’s London and Southeast UK team, supporting the growth of building surveying services, while leading business development and key account management for all public sector work. Having relocated to the U.S., he will focus on growing the firm’s San Francisco office and corporate real estate (CRE) capability on the west coast.

Faithful+Gould Americas President and Managing Director Reza Amirkhalili shared, “We are very pleased to welcome Sam to our Americas region. Working as a member of our Faithful+Gould team in the UK has provided him with a comprehensive understanding of our business and how we work across all disciplines and sectors. That, combined with his expertise in building surveying and the CRE industry makes him well-positioned to nurture new opportunities and help us expand in the local market.”

Mr. Darrington will be particularly engaged with the firm's strategic facility consulting (SFC) service. In collaboration with his colleagues in the U.S., he will work closely with the SFC team to offer this service within the firm’s core sectors. He will also capitalize on the relationships he formed as a consultant in London to build the firm’s presence in that area of the country.

Mr. Darrington has 15 years of experience in the industry overall. In his career, he has established exceptional people and key account management skills. He is a registered member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS).
