Faithful+Gould Wins Place on Lancaster University’s Project Management and Quantity Surveying Frameworks

Faithful+Gould's Central Region has been appointed on both the project management and quantity surveying frameworks for Lancaster University.

Faithful+Gould’s initial appointment is for two years on both frameworks, across all three tendered lots – Lot 1: £0-4m, Lot 2: £4m-20m and Lot 3: £20m-60m - with two additional one year extensions available to the university.

The frameworks have now commenced and we are currently bidding for our first project through the Framework. The University is investing £187 million across its campus over the next four years and is part of Lancaster University’s 10-year master plan.

"Lancaster University’s framework will be managed out of our central region, with delivery teams from both Leeds and Warrington,” says Mark Allan, Faithful+Gould’s framework director. “The university has very ambitious plans and we’re looking forward to working with its estates development team and other framework consultants to help it achieve its goals. We have worked with the university on several projects including the award winning Engineering Building and know that one of the major challenges we will face will be to maintain the student experience and minimise disruption to the learning community in a live campus environment.”

This is another great addition to our Education sector. We are currently working with Universities across the UK and we are able to channel this knowledge in order to provide Lancaster University with the best possible service and to help them to achieve their redevelopment outcomes.
