Faithful+Gould Wins Places on Two Lots of the Crown Commercial Service’s Consultancy Framework

Faithful+Gould has been awarded places on Lots 1 and 2 of the Crown Commercial Service’s £2.9bn consultancy framework.

The Crown Commercial Service (CCS) supports the public sector to achieve maximum commercial value when procuring common goods and services.

Lot 1 of the CCS’ Project Management & Full Design Team Services framework covers multi-disciplinary services with Lot 2 being for project management activity. Benefits of the framework include no charge to contracting authorities to use the agreements and a streamlined route for all customers to access a comprehensive range of external suppliers through a further competition process or direct award.

James Butler, Faithful+Gould CCS Framework Director says, “I am delighted that we’ve been awarded positions on both Lot 1 and 2 of the CCS framework, I’m really looking forward to leading the Faithful+Gould team and building on our performance from the last iteration of the framework which saw us awarded strategic supplier by the Government Procurement Service in 2012. The design of this framework makes it particularly pertinent to local government projects including schools.”

The new framework’s scope and lotting strategy was designed following collaboration between the CCS and existing and proposed sector organisations as well as industry bodies and services providers.

Aimed at supporting CCS’ Buildings Pillar to provide customers access to a compliant and effective property and construction project procurement route, the framework has simple call-off contract terms and caters for a wide range of customers. In addition, it gives value for money with maximum standard rates fixed for the first two years and savings embedded into the pricing models through competitive rates and continuous improvement measures.

This win enhances our public sector framework experience in the UK following our appointment to provide multi-disciplinary management and design services on the Pagabo national framework for Professional Services in Construction & Premises.
