Faithful+Gould Wins USACE West Point

Faithful+Gould, as part of our BTF Solutions joint venture with Balfour Resource Group, has been awarded a $12-million contract.

The contract is to provide total turn-key project support for the initial outfitting and transition (IO&T) of a 50,000-square-foot addition to Keller Community Hospital on the United States Military Academy campus in WestPoint, New York.

The contract was awarded through the Army Corps of Engineers in Huntsville and includes full project management services including medical and non-medical equipment planning, furniture and equipment purchasing, transition planning and relocation, installation, testing, training, warehousing and final turnover and close-out.

BTF Solutions is currently providing IO&T services under this multiple award task order contract at Health and Dental Clinic, Camp Zama, Japan, and USAMRIID, Ft. Detrick, Maryland. This win further strengthens our portfolio within both the federal government and healthcare sectors providing project management services.
