Faithful+Gould's Client Development Continues with IMF

Christy Ullo
Our D.C. office recently won another assignment with the International Monetary Fund.

Due to our business development efforts, coupled with our intensive client development, the Faithful+Gould D.C. office recently won a strategic facility consulting (SFC) assignment with the International Monetary Fund (IMF).

Our scope includes surveying and evaluating the IMF Headquarters 2 building. We will perform site interviews with pertinent IMF staff and complete a comprehensive report of building systems and major components including location, identification number, units, model, description, year installed or constructed, criteria for assessment, expected life use, remaining life use, year to be replaced, existing condition code and estimated replacement cost using R.S. Means standard costing data. We will also adjust to IMF-specific cost structures (as represented by past projects or agreed-upon inflators to industry costing).

This is a significant win for our SFC group given that one of our largest competitors has been providing services to IMF until recently. Through the promotion of iPlanTM, our talented team and significant experience both in D.C. and nationwide, IMF viewed us as the strongest team to support it on this project.

We are currently providing estimating and scheduling to IMF. This is an excellent example of the benefits of cross selling and client development!
