CMAA National Conference and Trade Show is an annual industry event, bringing together thousands of construction managers, owners, business leaders, partners and other industry colleagues from around the country for three days of education and inspiration through educational sessions, business development opportunities and networking. This is Mike’s tenth time presenting at CMAA. This year, he will lead a session in conjunction with U.S. General Services Administration (GSA) Chief Estimator William Hunt. The session is entitled “The Key to Implementing Total Cost of Ownership” and will demonstrate how to develop an overall Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) model that can be used to quantify eventual choices and actions over the life of a facility, using current projects as examples.
Mike said, “I am pleased to once again be speaking at CMAA and to share some of the wonderful TCO work we have been involved in. This is an extremely relevant topic for both owners and project managers right now and I am excited to demonstrate the value of a TCO model.”
The conference runs from October 8-10, 2017, in Washington, D.C. Mike's panel is scheduled at 3:00pm on Monday October 9, 2017.
