Four Seasons Project Team Celebrates 10 Million Safe Man Hours

High standards of health and safety have been acknowledged on the development of Four Seasons Abu Dhabi.

The project team came together to celebrate 10 million safe man hours with no lost time to injuries (LTIs) since the project commenced on site in April 2013.

The site team marked the special milestone with a celebration and awards giving ceremony where appreciation certificates were given to selected site team members for their individual contributions towards this achievement.

Team celebrates milestone

Collaboration and a teamwork ethos, however, was key to reaching this milestone. Martin Hunt, project director, gave a speech at the event and said: “This is a great achievement and an uncommon safety milestone for projects of this size to achieve. A safe working environment cannot be achieved if there’s a lack of commitment from all staff on site. Safety is everybody's responsibility! I’d like to thank all members of our project team who have shown a collective approach and a strong regard for health and safety throughout this project.”
