Jack Wexler Joins Faithful+Gould's Strategic Facility Consulting Team

With more than 30 years of experience as a Professional Engineer, Jack brings a wealth of knowledge to Faithful+Gould. He will manage the recently won Georgia Institute of Technology 5-year portfolio project.

Jack Wexler, PE, has joined the team in the company's Atlanta office as chief facility assessor. Jack will manage the recently won Georgia Institute of Technology 5-year portfolio project. With more than 30 years of experience, Jack brings a wealth of knowledge to Faithful+Gould. He has performed more than 200 condition assessments and managed the design and construction of large-scale projects.

His expertise spans a variety of functions including:

  • Performing site visits
  • Providing monthly reports on the quality of the facility
  • Contract compliance
  • Schedule and budgets

Jack is also a Professional Engineer in the states of Georgia, Florida and New York, as well as the District of Columbia. Prior to joining Faithful+Gould, he owned and operated his own construction consulting firm for which he performed property condition assessments, construction management, forensic investigations, claims consulting and provided technical advisory services.

Jack is an adjunct instructor at Georgia Tech in the Building Construction Department in the College Architecture. He is also an adjunct instructor at Georgia State University in the Real Estate Department in the College of Business.
