In this role, MaryJo will lead Faithful+Gould’s workplace and facility planning services on projects through implementation and occupancy. She will develop workplace strategies and solutions to enable business transformation by aligning real estate assets to strategic business goals.
MaryJo has more than 20 years of experience in facilities planning and design, with a focus on workplace strategies and the office environment. Prior to joining the firm, she was director of workplace experience for Johnson & Johnson (J&J). In that role, MaryJo provided leadership and strategic direction for the definition and development of J&J’s workplace strategy for office and laboratory environments, with a focus on harmonization, innovation and transformation.

Faithful+Gould’s Workplace Solutions team supports organizations by helping to align workplace assets with the client’s goals.
