Maximising Estates Efficiencies - Supporting Academisation and MAT Growth at the MATs Summit

Faithful+Gould's National Head of Public Sector, Terry Stocks will be leading a workshop at the 3rd annual MATs Summit, 12-13 October discussing the increased liabilities around the growth of Multi Academy Trusts, and providing advice on how to ‘control the journey’ and maximise efficiencies in the management of their estates.

This two day annual event, held this year in the Cotswolds, is aimed at existing Multi Academy Trusts and attracts around 200 CEOs, CFOs and other MAT Leaders to share best practice, nuture collaborative relationships and encourage efficiencies across this growing education sector.

Featuring workshop topics including MAT Growth and MAT Funding with speakers from FASNA and NASBM, Faithful+Gould's roundtable workshop “Driving efficiencies and discharging new liabilities under an academies structure” will discuss the increased liabilities around the growth of Multi Academy Trusts, advice on how to ‘control the journey’ and maximise efficiencies in the management of their estates.
